The Sustaining Leaders Fund is an essential group of donors dedicated to supporting High Jump’s mission to equalize educational opportunities in Chicago.
Being a Sustaining Leader means:
- You will support a scholar's year of learning with a gift of $7,500 or more.
- You are a pillar of the High Jump community, making a deep and lasting investment in your community at an individual level.
- You're ensuring that High Jump can continue to have an incredible lasting impact on the next generation, helping to transform Chicago's educational landscape.
High Jump needs your support to continue to:
- Grow our scholars served across our programs to over 500 annually for the first time ever
- Give scholars 1-on-1 support with mental health practitioners to meet their increased needs
- Support our incredible teachers by increasing pay, professional development, and planning time
- Provide each student with transportation, meals, and laptops as costs skyrocket due to inflation
- Establish our own office space and managing our back-of house operations for the first time
- Keep High Jump tuition-free to empower our scholars to trailblaze their own paths to success

“Our story is Chicago's story; our success is Chicago's success:
It belongs to students, parents, dedicated educators, support staff and principals. We all envision a bright future for our students, one in which every student in every neighborhood has the ability and support to achieve success.”
