The Sustaining Leaders Fund is an essential group of donors dedicated to supporting High Jump’s mission to equalize educational opportunities in Chicago.

For 30 years, High Jump has been providing students with the tools they need to succeed. Students use the skills they learn at High Jump to thrive at their high schools, colleges and workplaces. Sustaining Leaders help High Jump continue to have this incredible lasting impact on future generations of Chicago’s leaders.

If High Jump were to charge for its academic enrichment programming, it would cost $7,500 per student per year. That year is full of unique experiences for a talented child to work with a diverse group of their peers, enrich their learning with 350 hours of advanced classes and grow as leaders in their community.
Join the Sustaining Leaders Fund and receive the following benefits:
- An invitation to the exclusive Sustaining Leaders Donor Appreciation Luncheon featuring an inspiring voice in the Chicago community
- Recognition on High Jump’s Spring of Opportunity Benefit invitation and program, as well as the organization’s annual report and website
- Advanced invitations to High Jump events and volunteer opportunities throughout the year
- Special Communications from Executive Director Nate Pietrini, including program highlights, progress and plans

“High Jump understands that excellence can be found everywhere, and it is dedicated to nurturing that excellence. As an organization it is determined to provide promising but under-resourced middle school students the opportunities to excel in rigorous environments.”
Jonathan Holloway, President of Rutgers University, as guest speaker at the Sustaining Leaders Fund luncheon.
